“My first time in Chicago and a great stay. perfect location and great staff. was able to check in my room two hours earlier. staff was always accommodating. walkable to everything (the bean, shopping, boat tour, etc) the only downside is the bathroom shower door. overall 10/10 will definitely stay again!”
“Staff was super friendly and helpful and moved our room when we asked to be away from the elevator (the doors are thin and you can hear everything in the hallway). That’s truly the only negative I have to say to this hotel and even that was bearable. Next time we go to Chicago, we will likely stay here again.”

“Location is unbeatable. The views are amazing. Great hotel for great price. Super clean, renovated rooms. It ia not too luxury hotel but it is not super far from it. I would put all 5 stars but I think k it needs more elevators and a bigger check in area. It gets quite busy. Will stay here while in Chicago.”
